Her knack for transforming clothes originated in her childhood, where the struggle to find well-fitting garments led her to experiment with pieces from her siblings' closets. While she initially pursued a major in Hotel Administration, specializing in event planning and catering, Sarah Stephanie always gravitated towards the fashion world. She began crafting clothes from scarves, accumulating around 50 at one point. Driven by her love for art, she later studied Fashion Design and Haute Couture at Laie Art School in Santiago, Dominican Republic. Her passion for transforming clothes deepened after participating in a sustainable fashion workshop, where she had the privilege of dressing the US Ambassador to the Dominican Republic, Robin Bernstein. SarahStephanie was founded with the purpose of helping people revamp old clothes from their closets into original, well-fitting, and unique pieces.
